Aleutian No. 1 LLC
Siu Alaska Corp. shares ownership of the crab vessel Aleutian No. 1 with the Bering Sea Women’s Group and captains Rick Alvarez and Rip Carlton. The Aleutian No. 1 harvests golden king crab and opilio crab in the Bering Sea/Aleutian Islands.

Bering Fisheries LLC
Siu Alaska Corporation and Copper River Seafoods formed Dutch Harbor Acquisitions LLC and purchased the idle Dutch Harbor plant formerly known as Harbor Crown Seafood. The plant will operate under the trade name Bering Fisheries LLC and purchase and process king crab, snow crab, bairdi snow crab, halibut, Pacific cod and Black cod. The plant is the only 100% Alaskan owned and Alaskan operated plant in Dutch Harbor. 

BSAI Partners LLC
A joint venture between Coastal Villages Pollock and Siu Alaska Corporation, BSAI Partners LLC owns seven trawl vessels, one crab boat and 2.9 percent of the allowable catch of pollock in the Bering Sea. Siu and Coastal Villages Pollock are subsidiaries of CDQ parent companies Norton Sound Economic Development Corp. and Coastal Villages Region Fund, respectively.

Glacier Bay Fisheries LLC
Siu Alaska Corp. owns the longline vessel Glacier Bay and associated cod fishing rights in the Bering Sea/Aleutian Islands. The 154-foot vessel primarily harvests Pacific cod.

Glacier Fish Company
Siu Alaska Corp. holds an ownership stake in Glacier Fish Co., NSEDC’s longtime harvesting partner for its CDQ pollock allocation as well as other quota. Glacier Fish Co. fishes for pollock and assorted flatfish with its fleet.

Pacific Star Fisheries LLC
Siu Alaska Corp. owns the Pacific Star, a 180-foot vessel that is primarily chartered for research and survey work.
